The M-19 Az Gara is a medium-calibre heavy sniper rifle developed and used by the Crescanian Confederacy. Although there are several versions of the rifle as it has been updated through the years as technology progressed, it is the oldest weapon model still in Crescanian military service. It is a long-range semi-automatic anti-personell rifle that fires a high-powered armour-piercing round with a muzzle velocity of 1009m/s and an effective range of 2,300 metres. It uses a 10-round magazine hidden within the rifle that is ejected by the user pressing a release button which causes a hatch in front of the grip to open, causing the magazine to fall out so that a new one can be inserted. Upon insertion, the magazine locks into place and the hatch is closed manually.

The M-19 has often been called 'the pinnacle of Crescanian munitions technology' because the rifle is far more powerful than would be suggested by the size of the round, due to centuries of research dedicated specifically to making high-powered high-velocity rounds. Putting this kind of power in such small rounds produce considerable recoil, though, and as such the rifle has been given a built-in bipod that slides into place under the barrel upon deployment.

Although old, the M-19 Az Gara still fulfils its purpose perfectly, having put fear into the hearts of Crescania's enemies for almost two hundred years, and will likely continue to do so for years to come.
