Nexus 4 is a Crescanian research station orbiting the word of Chartu, one of Crescania's oldest colony worlds. It is 3 km across and holds room for thousands of people. Nexus was originally focused on researching new technologies for the regular military sector, but upon the discovery of mana, it was refitted to research the Croiz race's potential in the usage of dark mana. It has received heavy criticism for making unwilling test subjects out of Croiz capable of using dark mana, and sometimes causing the deaths of said people. Regardless, the station and its projects have the full support of the Gu'ush, and so the research continues.

Nexus 4 is one of the many Crescanian research stations that are shared with the other Entente members, and so certain Unani, Edolas and Caelum officials are allowed on the stations if given authorization.
