Kalia Toa is the head of the succesfull Toa family.
The Toa family is a old and large family with many of its members serving troughout the military. Kalia himself also served fifty years in service of the Kaveni Empire but he was awarded the Star of Tawe, the highest military honor in the empire.
Now he works at the Palera Research Station and leads the top secret Overbrain Project.
