The Freedom's Legion is a multi-racial, paramilitary terrorist organization based in Crescanian space, and also has an unknown number of hidden bases in Unanian, Edolasian and Kurgan space. It is made up of members from all species conquered by the Croiz, with its vast majority being Kerackians. The group's goals are the liberation of the Kerackian, Salchissan, Aascanan and Haká races from the oppression of the Croiz, the establishment of Keracka, Salchissa, Aascan and Kiláki as independent planet states, as well as slaughtering a large portion of the Croiz population as retaliation for the hundreds of years in which the subject species suffered at the hand of the Croiz.

The Legion is confirmed responsible for hundreds of bombings in the Crescanian Confederacy since 2860, as well as three bombings in the Edolasian capital Era, and also claims responsibility for releasing the Green Plague on Aascan in 2861.

The Freedom's Legion is equipped with last-generation Crescanian military equipment, fielding pulse rifles, scatterguns, and other weapons based on firing heated slugs, older military armour technology, and even have access to old Crescanian military vehicles, everything from cars to tanks to space ships. It is unknown exactly how such an organization got access to this equipment, but the most likely explanation is that the black market has somehow gotten their hands on old military-grade equipment. The Legion is, however, poorly trained and very rarely manages to stand up against real military divisions when in direct confrontations.
