The Unanian Prime Ministers Council is the highest level of government within the Unanian Empire. The Prime Ministers Council is mandated to be gender neutral requiring one member of each gender for each species represented within the Unanian Empire. Elections for each minister is slated at every 5 years from their starting date. There is no limit to the amount of times a specific person may be elected to the Prime Ministers Council. If a Prime Minister steps down on their own accord, the role is given to their Vice Minister as a temporary measurement and an election is immediately called for that persons role.
Role
The primary role of Prime Ministers on the Council are to act as a figurehead for the entire Empire. As part of this, they are in charge of the handling of High-end Governmental Affairs between Empires. Prime Ministers also handle final voting for all laws passed by the Upper House of the Unanian House of Parliament. Prime Ministers also deal with managing the other Divisions of Unanian Government through the passing of budgets, and regular meetings with division heads.
Vice-Ministers
If an Election determines a change of power for a Prime Minister, the current prime minister moves to the role of Vice-Minister where they act as a backup for their specific Prime Minister in circumstances where they are unable to perform their role. If a Vice Minister Resigns, they are in charge of picking their replacement
Roles
The Primary role of the Vice Minister is the advising of Prime Ministers on the council. Vice Minister will also take part in secondary voting in the cases of a tie between the Prime Ministers on the council. Aside from the role of primary voting, Vice Ministers will handle all the jobs which the Prime Ministers do.
