Unatro Val

The Unatro Val, or Unatro for short is a Human Genetic Modification that enables the user to gain magical abilities. A concept once before only seen in fiction works. Much like the H.P.C; It is mandated by the Unani Empire that every citizen is given one at birth.

Implanting Process

Unatro's are implanted into the user via a patch on the back of each hand. the patch then soaks into the skin and blood stream and alters 2 of the Empty Genome in each part of the human body with magical properties allowing the user to cast magic. At birth, due to the low amount of Magic Cells, the magic is extremely weak to unnoticable. Though because the Magical Genome Cells acts like any regular cell after it is implanted its production rate grows with the body. By the time the user is around the age of 5 their magic is finally usable due to higher amounts of Magical Genome Cells.

The time it takes for the patch to take place varies between person-depending on the amount of cells, and genes in their body, but typically it takes anywhere from 1 hour to 3 hours on a newborn, and anywhere from 12 hours to 24 hours on an adult. Though by the year 2681 it becomes mandatory to be implanted with one which means adults are less likely to need the implant later on.

Side Effects

The only known side effect is that the patch leaves a mark on the back of the users hand that looks like a semi circle with a stick on the botton. the marks varie in colors, and transperancy- based on many factors, but it is typically a semi-transparent black colour.
