World War 3 was the final war fought on a global scale on Earth. The war was fought between the United States of America, the European Union, the United Commonwealth, Israel and the Russian Federation, People's Republic of China, North Korea, Iran, Syria and Egypt. The war lasted six months, and though shorter than the previous two world wars, was the most devastating. The war however eventually paved the way to the creation of the United Sol Government and the Confederate Systems of Earth.
