I made Verric so I could have a fun character that does my favorite thing in any RPG, Smithing! So yeah he can make cool stuff for anyone who can pay him, and reduce cost if they provide the materials as well. He can make advanced things as well, excluding Power armor he can make armored plates that can be put on a power armor frame, but he cannot make the powered part of power armor. He also can assemble and modify guns, though he prefers the forge. So yeah I expect him to interact with more interesting folks. SenHai (talk)

Erm, Necross; there's a reason we don't use steel plate in MODERN armor anymore (putting aside the fact that this is the far future). Ceramics and metal alloys/titanium/tungsten would be best.
