Regis Lyons is a Commander and accomplished soldier, and rather young for a Commander within his Chapter. He currently serves within the Dread Wing, having been selected for his exceptional skill as a marksmen with his Javelin as well as his tactical expertise. He saw service in Dread wing towards the end of the 500 year war against Caesar's forces,now however he is being deployed with his sqaud to New Israel for currently unknown reasons.
