Fauc is the large star that gave name to the home system of the Crescanian Confederacy. It's almost twice as a big as Earth's Sol and burns with 7000 degrees Celcius instead of Sol's 6000. However, Cusorea is much further away from Fauc than Earth is from Sol, resulting in the planet still being a relatively icy rock. Except for Cusorea, Fauc has six more planets circling it: Volhox, Ranz, Zotilai, Kordo, Oukeli, and Nantar.
The name Fauc originates from the ancient Crescanian word for fire: Facush.
