Power Weapons

Power Swords, or Power weapons in general are special weapons that are expensive to make. They take the form of many types of melee weapons, and their purpose is to make short work of Armor of any kind. They make mockeries of Power Armor and some well designed expensive kinds can bypass shielding, but for the most part many are unable to bypass shielding, but a strike from a power weapon is still extremely powerful so personal shielding will usually fail after a blow or two depending on the strength of the weapon or the strength of the shield.
