The Kaveni Empire came into being shortly after the Panic War that broke out when scientist figured out that the sun was dying. This organization took on the task of ensuring the survival of the Kaveni as a race. They started to build as many spaceships and underground bunkers as they could, the plan was to find a habitable planet drop down all the civilians and go back to Hoa to evacuate the people that were still underground.
