James Vicariis is a Techno-Savant, a rare type of Person with a gift for understanding technology on a natural level, and he is they only Techno-Savant currently that is not affected by Autism like so many others, so He is functional. He Worked on a Secret station on Arcturus, but has been reassigned after the Warp Crystal Project was completed.
He Currently travels independently, but is on assignment for the Church.
