The NC can produce things way more advanced, though these are specialized, cost shit tons of money that next to no one has, and is entirely dependent on whom is contracted to build it. I also think advanced might be too much credit, if Rin had power Armor, I would probably agree if he said he had the most advanced, as his Empire is the tech wizzes of the game, besides maybe Morgans before he became totally disinterested. I was just thinking to myself when I came to the conclusion, your Empire is really only Advanced because of ample supplies of power due to sakuradite. Necessity breeds innovation, which having asstons of power my not lead to much innovation, but more comfortable living. Not trying to start anything just an observation.
