The Dread Wing is a Special tasks force that is made up of exceptional Crusaders from every Chapter of the Crusaders, they are not however in this group at the same time, Dread Wing is usually a single or a few squads at most. They are organized through the New Covenant Militaries higher Echelons, for Secret Operations that need not see the light of day or other tasks only this specialized force can accomplish.
Organization
The Dread Wing is usually a five man squad of Crusaders, each from a different Chapter of Crusaders. These Crusaders are selected for their specific skills whether it be ability to command, melee skill, Heavy weapons, Marksmanship, Stealth, piloting skills, Tech Lore and et cetera. Each member though is skilled in some way and typically they have multiple skills and fill a singular role for the team while also using their other skills in situations that require them.
