History
Generic Squad Structure
While MIDAF Squads may operate on an equal basis, according to Unanian Military Policy, MIDAF Squads are required to contain a Leader and Sub Leader chosen among its members. These two roles are in charge of the teams Assets and decide on missions the team is to go on. They are the ones which maintain contact with the MIDAF Alliance.
In terms of size, MIDAF Squads can be as large or small as the squad wants to be and can contain any combat roles or capabilities which the team wants to support.

The Spectral Division is the most secretive and specialized branches of the Unanian MIDAF, handled by a separate sub-division within the MIDAF Alliance. Due to its classification and secrecy levels, only a small few actually know of the permutations existence. When it comes to training, squads within the spectral division are given the highest training available
Differences
Squads within the Spectral Division are kept on a tighter administrative grip than those of regular MIDAF Squads. Squads are unlisted from the Main MIDAF Alliances database with missions completed obfuscated to remove all traces of teams involvement. Instead of fighting for missions which is the normal for regular MIDAF Squads, those within the Spectral Division are personally handed missions crafted to their teams capabilities. In addition, when carrying out missions, Spectral Squads are given more of a degree of flexibility in how they fulfill their mission. For example while a MIDAF Squad has to complete mission parameters to a key to be rewarded, a Spectral Squad can deviate mission parameters based on information available and be perfectly fine.
