At the end of this election, the roles had been filled by a Fe'Juk under the name of Par'eem Garim and his adopted human brother Tor Garim through landslide victory. Over the next few years they ran governance slowly turning public opinion on their respective planets against the Unanian Empire. Come 1146G.C with majority votes, the two leaders had gotten together and drafted a document requesting independence which was presented to the Unanian Government. Over the next year, the Unanian Empire had attempted to mend wounds, but after a period of getting nowhere agreed to the terms and allowed the colonies of Meryl and Fiem to secede.
