Vekkers is an Explorator of the Technologis with many connections within the New Covenant Black market. He has many connections with the seedier parts of the Technologis, even being a member of a sect within the Technologis who actively study and learn from Xeno-tech or how to counter-act Xeno tech. He is often seen as cold and calculating, and this is mostly due to his body being mostly machine.
