The Unatro Val, or Unatro for short is a Human Genetic Modification that enables the user to gain magical abilities through energy manipulation. A concept once before only seen in Unani Fantasy and Fiction stories. Much like the H.P.C; It is mandated by the Unani Government that every citizen is given one at birth.
