Innovation taken from the Eccentric Inventor Nikola Tesla, an Inventor who contributed to commercial electricity. The Kurgan Empire has taken his inventions to a whole new level, as weapons of Electric Destruction. This Technology though unorthodox has proven effective in Kurgan Use against their enemies, and should incite fear in any unfortunate enough to be on the receiving end.
