Kingdom Hearts is the sole moon of Extalia, the home planet of The Kingdom of Edolas. It's odd heart shape bewilders most visiters to the empire, who wonder how such a thing could possibly exist, and it's ability to maintain normal orbit and act upon the planet as a normal moon would still bewilders Ventus scientists; who refer to it as a 'gift from The Ancients' when asked about it.
The moon has cycles, just as other moons do, and is undeniably beautiful to all who behold it.
